Please join us as we congratulate the 2019 winners of “Concord’s Next Great Pop-up Shop” hosted by Carolina Mall. Lovely Lines Boutique and Concord’s Best Dressed Kids will have pop-up shops in Carolina Mall from November 18-January 7. We would like to celebrate with a ribbon cutting on November 19.
