An industry expert with more than 20 years of successful experience working with children and families, Having a great mix of strong business acumen, passion for the education and development of children, program development, and strategic implementation, has allowed Lasharee Rogers to stand at the forefront of the child care industry as the founder and Director of Upper Room Kids Academy and the founder and Outreach Director of Upper Room Ministries of NC. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hunter College, New York, NY; Masters of Arts Degree in Education from Brooklyn College, Brooklyn, NY; Masters of Science Degree in Divinity/Christian Education from Hood Seminary, Salisbury, NC; and is currently working towards her Ph.D. in Philosophy - Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Walden University, Baltimore, MD.
