TrinIT Solutions™ is looking for a full-time, friendly and self-motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our ambitious and close-knit team. This role is a key player in our business as the ‘face’ and first point of contact for our company. This role assists in coordinating the entire client experience to ensure everyone is getting the best service possible, while helping the day-to-day office operations run efficiently.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Excellent professional and clear communication (verbal and written)

  • Very comfortable with computers and technology

  • Ability to foster teamwork and improve workflow

  • Touch-Type 40+ WPM

  • Demonstrate the ability to learn new software & procedures

  • Excellent organizational skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience in the IT / MSP industry

  • QuickBooks / Bookkeeping experience

  • Inventory tracking experience

  • Social Media marketing and promotion experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Client Relationship Management (keep clients happy!)

  • Reception - Answer and direct phone calls, and greet walk-in clients

  • Open client accounts and service tickets

  • Schedule on-site service calls

  • Coordinate job flow and priorities with service technicians

  • Receive payments and follow-up with past-due invoices

  • Manage product orders and inventory

  • General office tasks, returns, shipments, ordering supplies, etc.

  • Manage social media (Facebook, Newsletters, etc.)

  • Marketing & promotion support
