?I am a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor with the North Carolina Substance Abuse Practice Board and I currently serve as the Program Manager for Hope Haven Inc’s Serenity House, a program dedicated to housing the homeless and fighting addiction. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotions with a minor in Psychology at Appalachian State University where I also competed as a Student-Athlete in Track & Field, becoming a six-time NCAA Southern Conference champion. I also continue to actively compete in the triple jump as an unattached, professional athlete, with hopes and dreams of one day becoming a endorsed professional athlete and competing in the Olympics.
