The Chamber will reflect on accomplishments of the past year and look ahead to 2016. The Passing of the Gavel will recognize the 2015 Chairman of the Board, Tammy Whaley, Duke Energy, and incoming Board Chair, Tim Vaughn, Hilbish Ford.
