Celebrate Fat Tuesday with Art on Tap! Create your own mARTY Gras mask and enjoy carnival refreshments!
If you are a young adult, we invite you to become a member of the Cabarrus Arts Council’s new group ART ON TAP. Designed for and by young adults, our members come from diverse backgrounds and share a common interest in the arts and in making an impact on our community.
