Description

This will be a free event open to any property managers, facility mangers, maintenance staff and/or realtors. The goal is to provide valuable information on the “Line of Liability” and learn important tips on what to do and not to do when it comes to fire and water loss, mold, or biohazard situations. You and your staff will also learn when it’s time to call in a professional, as well as the importance of having an Emergency Readiness Plan. Lunch will be provided.
