Brittany Kearney is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults. She holds an MBA in Health Care Management from Liberty University and an MA in Gerontology from UNC Charlotte. With 14 years in aging services, she has spent six years as Director of Outreach and Enrollment at Senior TLC, a PACE program. Brittany is also an adjunct lecturer in Gerontology at UNC Charlotte. A Certified Dementia Practitioner and Dementia Friends Champion, she serves on the National Village to Village Network board. She leads the FOCUS Group, a network of 1,200+ professionals advocating for seniors in Greater Mecklenburg County.
