For nearly 100 years, Cannon Memorial YMCA has been dedicated to serving the people Cabarrus County with programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body. Always true to the YMCA mission, Cannon Memorial serves people of every age, race, faith and socio-economic status. We offer fitness programs for youth and adults, sports programs, summer camp, and afterschool care.
